Happy Sunday! Hope all of you are having a great weekend! This summer has been full of Indian and Pakistani (cultural weddings) and a lot of people have asked me to do a look inspired similar to it. (Def: a garment consisting of a long cloth wrapped around the body with one end draped over one shoulder or the head, worn by women chiefly in India. Defined by http://www.thefreedictionary.com/saree) popped up in my mind. I always wanted to wear a Saree ever since I was a little girl and wearing it for the first time felt like a fantasy. I'm so excited to share this look with you all. It's my first time wearing it and my first time partially designing it with the help of my mom. Saree comes in many different fabrics, textures, color combinations and styles (modern, traditional and modest.) When I was designing my Saree I wanted a modern look yet traditionally modest and I came with this piece. Thank you for stopping by and have a great week!
